2) 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

• The refund request must be submitted within 60 calendar days from the date of payment.

• Requests after 60 days are not eligible.

3) Eligible Refund Cases (Covered by the Guarantee)

5) How to Request a Refund

6) Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take several business days.
